Had a horrendous experience here today with a very immature and snappy team member. She snapped at my partner and I twice for no reason at all, then had the hide to tell me that she wasn't in the mood and didn't feel like helping me when I matched her tone and attitude. - Gary Horner Added January 28, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Brad, the Garden section manager at Plainland Bunnings, clearly has great pride and knowledge about his area. This is not just a plant section in a Bunnings store, but a fully blown Nursery, with a variety of healthy, well cared for and clearly labelled fruit trees, shrubs, seedlings etc.
I found plants that I have been trying to source for a few years ! The prices are through the roof these days.... $13 for a 20L plastic bucket? Come on!
Staff are nice, but annoying with their constant "Hello". Is it a milennial thing? Leave us to shop, we'll call you if we need you.
Get rid of the greeter at the entrance and pass on the savings to customers. What an absolute waste of money.
Of all the Bunnings Ive visited this one is the most empty and I wonder if it is going to survive as a business? The place always has so few customers on weekdays.
